By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you've read and accepted all of the following terms.

You agree not to claim any commissioned music as your own. You must always give proper credit where ever it is used.

Under no circumstances may commissioned work be used for the purpose of NFTs or included in any form of machine learning/"AI music" algorithms, programs, or devices.

The prices listed are base prices, with commercial use already included. That means this amount may increase depending on level of complexity, additional requests, etc.

I always retain the copyright & ownership of the commissioned work. The commissioner can use the commissioned work for online content creation. If you need to use the commissioned work for any other purposes, let me know before work on the commission begins.

After beginning your commission, I may share its work-in-progress on stream or as a showcase/sample on social media. On completion of a commission and acceptance of the completed work by the client, I will add the work to my portfolio and may share a public showcase of the work unless we have previously agreed on a date for release. If you wish to keep your commission partially private, please let me know before the commission starts, and I won't tag your name nor mention who the commission is for. If you prefer to keep your commission completely private, please let me know. A privacy fee will apply. If I receive no word from you after an agreed date, I may showcase the anonymous commission at my discretion.

If the commission is canceled for any reason, I retain the right to reuse the commissioned work and/or any elements of the commissioned work I made (such as themes, melodies, sound effects, etc.) for any future projects/commissions as I see fit.

All prices are in USD. All transactions are through PayPal only.

Once your commission has been accepted, I will send you a PayPal invoice for 50% of the total commission price to be paid upfront. Before final delivery is sent, you must pay the remaining 50%.

Include the following info in your DM:
- What kind of commission are you looking for (i.e. Character theme? Starting soon/ending screen? Notification jingles? Etc.)?
- Do you have a specific theme in mind (High energy battle theme? Calm forest theme? Etc.)?
- If you have examples, please share them, and tell me what about those examples you enjoy. Is there a feeling that music gives you? Is there a particular part of the example(s) that sticks out from the rest?

Once your commission has been accepted and we've agreed to a price, I will send you a PayPal invoice for 50% of the total commission price to be paid upfront.

After payment is received, I will begin working on the first draft and send it to you. Up to 3 major changes and any number of minor changes can be made during this time.

During the commission process, you will receive weekly updates and updated drafts at key milestones. Minor revisions are fine, but major revisions will incur an additional fee.

Before final delivery is sent, you must pay the remaining 50%. Upon receiving the second half of payment, I will send the final version of the track in .wav and/or .mp3 formats.

If you cancel the commission for any reason after the first 50% has been paid, no refunds will be issued.

If I cancel the commission for any reason after the first 50% has been paid, you will be issued a full refund.

After the commission has been completed and payment has been received, there will be no refunds.
